In 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit many Americans faced a shortage of goods such as meat, placing an emphasis on locally raised goods. We were fortunate enough to be able to provide for our local community and found ourselves in a position to expand and add our own butcher shop to the back of our store.
The process was long and we faced a few set-backs but in the late Summer of 2021 we were finally able to bring a variety of butchering in house. Allowing us the ability to provide the absolute freshest beef, poultry and pork to our customers. Some even getting a chance to have a steak cut, wrapped and sealed right in front of their eyes.
